The residential treatment program began in , to meet the overwhelming need of Inuit in crisis. Our program is offered in both English and Inuktitut for women and men aged 18 years and older. Regional Cancer Care Program. Funded by the Canadian Partnership Against Cancer and in partnership with Cancer Care Ontario, the Regional Cancer Program aims to address the ongoing cancer-related health disparities that exist between Urban Inuit and the general population in Ontario.
