Nicktoons best games
Most of the voice actors from the show were actually available to voice the characters in the game as well. For general fans of Nickelodeon who want a game that does not just focus on one show, there are games that actually crossover the characters together. The player must control these characters and stop the various villains from each series in their evil plans. Like the previous title, the player can control different characters.
While the game does not last very long, it is certainly better than what critics expected. It actually feels like a game rather than a Nickelodeon advertisement. In fact, is the first SpongeBob SquarePants game to have multiplayer mini-games. The game has different modes such as Story and Tournament. When the game is beaten, there is actually a minute movie that gets unlocked.
As for the mini-games, they have 30 different kinds. Unlike its predecessor, it did not get too many horrible adaptations.
Winx Club. Side Hustle. Dorg Van Dango. Tyler Perry's Young Dylan. Beyblade Burst. Transformers Cyberverse. Die Legende von Korra. Zoey Alle Serien. Die Brot-Piloten.
Die Pinguine aus Madagascar. With a dozen playable characters from all over the Nicktoons multiverse, Attack of the Toybots carries the crossover franchise forward with ease. While not the best entry in the series, the variety in character playstyle and unique graphics make it a delightful title.
Definitely worth a try. While Attack of the Toybots is the newer of the two, I much prefer the previous installment of Nicktoons crossover games: Battle for Volcano Island. The premise of nine Nicktoons being summoned to a crustacean-inhabited island to fight an ancient evil is entirely bizarre, but the excellent writing makes it work.
Besides kart racers and party games, the fighting genre is one of the best ways to cram as many licensed characters into the same screen as possible. Brawl, but it plays essentially the same. Another big draw are the fantastic levels, based on a variety of iconic locations like the Goo Lagoon, Jellyfish Fields, and of course the Krusty Krab.
Battle for Bikini Bottom Rehydrated is a remake of our previous entry, maintaining the basic premise and most of the level design. The best improvements other than the graphics are the new updated voice acting and soundtrack, which does a lot more to bring Bikini Bottom and its residents to life. We ranked this game right at the top of our favorite SpongeBob games of all time , and for good reason.
Nelson Chitty is a Venezuelan expat living in Argentina. His ideal weekend is spent between leisurely playing games of Civilization VI and looking for the next seinen anime to marathon. If you buy something we may get a small commission at no extra cost to you.
Capturing the spirit of its source material, this Game Boy Advance platformer is all style and no substance. Frankly, the detailed and colorful graphics are too good for this otherwise bare-bones package, one that wears thin after just a couple of levels.
With five worlds and 20 levels to explore, Hey Arnold! Nickelodeon Fit is an exercise game designed for the junior members of the family. The genre is hardly known for pushing the envelope, but it is rare to find an example which targets children. Featuring characters from cartoons like Go Diego Go and Dora the Explorer , High Voltage Software put together a harmless set of mini-games capable of entertaining most rugrats.
If nothing else, at least, the game's title is not redundant Regardless of the cartoon's awesomeness, Avatar: The Last Airbender 's adaptations have largely failed to cut the mustard.
At this point, we would welcome a Dynasty Warriors clone set in Nickelodeon's series! Avatar: The Last Airbender — Into the Inferno wins the prize for the most trivial entry in this list. While nothing is really surprising or broken, the lack of effort radiates out of every frame. Each gameplay mechanics feels tired and mundane, leading to an experience best described as mind-numbing.
Avatar: The Last Airbender deserves better than a cheap action-adventure snoozefest! When going into any event, expectations play a huge part in defining the lasting emotions associated with the experience. Based on an educational cartoon about a plucky adventurer, Dora the Explorer: Journey To The Purple Planet is about as basic of an action-adventure game as they came.
In order to power a rocket, players control Dora as she tries to collect a bunch of gems. Anyone over the age of eight will probably fall asleep after half-an-hour, but Monkey Bars Games was not aiming for a wide audience. Context may be important when discussing any subject, but entertainment projects should not get a pass simply because they were created for children. As with any genre, educational games are not all born equal, and Dora the Explorer: Dora Saves the Snow Princess is a testament to this fact.
Flat, boring, and barely teaching anything; this platformer should be played by budding developers, as it serves as a prime example of what not to do! Repetition is a fundamental element of any game, but this should not be confused with a lack of progression. Time for another Nintendo clone! Thankfully, this one fares better than Nintendo Party Blast.
During the fifth generation, go-kart racers gained a reputation as the next big gimmick, so any company with a recognizable roster of mascots set out to mimic Mario Kart. Even though Nicktoons Racing struggles when contrasted to Crash Team Racing or any entries in Nintendo's franchise, this racer was more than acceptable. Victorious launched the career of Ariana Grande and Victoria Justice, but iCarly was Nickelodeon's last truly massive sitcom.
